The Doctor was the USS Voyager's Emergency Medical Hologram and Chief medical officer after Dr. Fitzgerald was killed on the Voyager accidentally travelled to the Delta Quadrant.
In 2410, he responded to a distress call in the Shenda system, later he joined the USS Equicon to the Entaba system in a hastily-arranged diplomatic mission with the leader of the Vaadwaur, Gaul. (EQU: "Return of the Vaadwaur")
He lead the Hierachy in the battle with the Vaadwaur at Vaadwaur Prime. He tested his Emergency Command Hologram subroutines. (EQU: "Final Standoff")
Like his appearance in Voyager, he was voiced by Robert Picardo.
