The SS Prince is the prototype vessel of the Prince-class Super cargo carriers designed and built by the Valkoria Consortium as part of a major overhaul of the Valkoria Merchant Fleet.
As of 2385 the SS Prince serves as the flagship of the Fleet. Its designated home port is Valkoria Station.
Although it regularly conducts major cargo runs, it is used by the Fleet's Admiral in combat-oriented missions on special occasions.
It's usual cargo runs are between Valkoria Station and Earth, and Valkoria Station and Bracchia Prime, paternal homeworld of the Hunter family.
