A planet is a celestial body of a certain shape and size with certain characteristics. Most planets are usually in a sphere-like shape, sometimes containing rings. Other celestial bodies, such as moons, are known to orbit some planets. There are many planetary classifications composing of different atmosphere and environmental conditions of certain planets.
